Circle Dance

Circle Dance - Sacred Circles

Some dances we may call meditation in movement bringing quietness and serenity - other dances are energising, dynamic and aerobic. They may honour Nature or bring Healing. Each 90 min session blends these forms of dance activating the Mind Body & Spirit. The steps are VERY easy to learn and require no previous dance experience suiting all levels of physical fitness.
